Igloo Energy were quickly becoming well established in the Energy market. They provided competitive energy tariffs as well as smart meters and heat pump installations.
The brief was to look at improving their digital offering from a visual perspective. The initial phase was to use their current structure and UX, and only focus on elevating the visual language to a standard that reflects the quality and ethos of the company. Their branding was still in its early phase and as such the company needed an almost white label approach to their digital offering that could be easily updated in the future.
After completing an audit of their online platforms it became apparent that their main issue was an inconsistent visual language that lacked hierarchy and clarity.
I redesigned their website, blog, account portal and their native app. I established a Design System that could be scaled upon and easily updatable once their brand language was more established. All designs worked responsively and adhered to AA accessibility standards.
